Psychoeducational Assessment for College Students

Purpose

Ensure your academic success with our specialized Psychoeducational Assessment designed specifically for college students. These assessments identify learning disabilities, cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and other factors that may impact academic performance. Common issues assessed include ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, processing speed deficits, cognitive flexibility, and working memory challenges.

Assessment Process

The assessment begins with an in-depth interview to understand your academic history, learning challenges, and any relevant medical or psychological history. You will then complete a series of cognitive and academic tests that evaluate areas such as reading, writing, math, memory, and processing speed. Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed report that includes a diagnosis (if applicable), an overview of your cognitive profile, and specific recommendations for accommodations and support services in your academic environment.

Time Commitment:

A comprehensive assessment typically requires 4-6 hours, though this can vary depending on the complexity of the case and the specific tests administered. The process may be spread out over multiple sessions for comfort and accuracy.

Cost:

Our Psychoeducational Assessments are available for $220 per session.
